ProtecD managed to replicate the natural process of the
diatoms, which attach to the surface of stones and rocks in the
water and mineralize them naturally. This creates a protective
film against the ingress of water.

The challenge for ProtecD‘s research lab was to find an
environmentally friendly and effective product for the protection
of all kinds of natural and artificial stones and porous concrete.

Without changing the appearance of the stones and
porous concrete
Without leaving a glossy plastic film on the treated
materials – as the conventional products of this type based
on resin do.
